Carla Bianca - November 2008
Carla Bianca - November 2008
Carla Bianca - November 2008Christmas is coming up…have you been naughty or nice?
Nice! Ha ha ha! Whenever I’m out and some street children would come up to me, I don’t give them money—I buy them food. Sometimes kasi nakaka-guilty to see some people na walang makain, tapos ikaw you just finished eating in some fancy place, why not share it di ba?

Speaking of sharing, how are you as a girlfriend when competition is around?
I don’t get jealous and I don’t get mad. I don’t get jealous not because I don’t care, I’m just giving the guy all the space he needs. If you get jealous, of course kasunod noon magkakaroon ng argument. I don’t like that. I want my guy to be more at ease with me, to trust me, and to be very comfortable with me. In my case, that’s what makes him come back for more. Ha ha!
So as somebody’s girl you’re…

Submissive and stubborn at the same time.
The longest relationship I’ve had was, like, over two years. As a lover, I let my guy do whatever he wants to do because I want him to do the same for me. I don’t like it when a guy is very strict and has a lot of rules for me to follow. I’m a bit rebellious kasi. I don’t like to be manipulated. On the positive side naman, I am very patient, period. Ha ha ha!

We browsed through your Friendster account and it seems you’re a very friendly gal. Aren’t you afraid of net weirdos?
Well, I do encounter a lot of them, but I’m really not affected by it. So far, I’ve managed to avoid the freakier ones.

We also noticed that you have two active Friendster accounts.
Actually I have five accounts. I’m so addicted to it that I don’t know which theme I’m going to keep for each one. I think of it as five different dresses that I all love. But some of them are for my close friends and relatives only.
t can also mean you possess split personalities.
Of course not, I just like having a lot of accounts. I don’t see anything wrong with it. Some people collect stamps, some collect posters, some old coins. Me, I like collecting Friendster accounts, ha ha! I could sit in front of my computer the whole day looking at my friend’s pictures, reading messages, adding new pictures to my album, meeting new faces, etc. I just love Friendster!

We hear you’re a lingerie model, which means you’re used to skimpy clothing, right?
It’s part of my job, but that doesn’t mean I’m used to it. If I’m not modeling, I just wear simple and conservative clothes. I’m still a typical old-fashioned Filipina, believe it or not!

Some of you must have already heard of the monstrous saltwater crocodile found and caught in the outskirts of Barangay Nueva Era, Bunawan in Agusan Del Sur last Saturday night. Monstrous isn’t even enough to describe it – it’s a 21-foot, one-ton massive male crocodile. Make that monster.
bang
It took the villagers and veteran hunters three weeks to snare the enormous reptile, which is being considered as the biggest crocodile the world has ever seen. And we mean a potential big ass world record holder. Even local Mayor Cox Elorde wants the crocodile to “turn from a threat into an asset” by putting it in an ecotourism park. Nice thinking there, mayor.

But just to give you an idea of how massive that thing really is, here’s a weenie little chart comparing this local crocodile’s size to the likes of a gigantic sea creature and the world’s tallest man. Enjoy!

Saicy Scandal!

Katrina himosila scandal

Nina Jose Scandal

It’s been three years. Let’s see if you were able to make good on some things you said back then: were you able to go back and finish your European Studies course?
I have plans to go back to study late this year. I studied French but I’m still not fluent—I can understand it but not speak it well. The reason I chose the course was because I had always wanted to travel to Europe—I’ve always wanted to travel the world and I think Europe is one of the most romantic and culture-rich places in the world.

Have you actually recently fulfilled the dream of going to Europe?
Not yet. Hopefully before I turn 25 in three years I could go. We’ll see. It will defi nitely be a grand tour!

Did the sexy yet sophisticated package we unveiled three years ago work well for you?
The projects that I got after FHM were really not that sexy. But sophisticated— yes. And even up to now—look at the theme of our shoot—it’s still sophisticated so I’d say nothing has
changed.

Is it safe to say you can do more?
Yes, I actually can. As long as I don’t show any private parts.

We’ll have that on the third. You did show us something more here, didn’t you?
There’s one back shot with nothing on. And I’m comfortable with that.

You were also a Tanduay Girl, a top-tier sexy calendar project. You must have felt like the biggest star then.
I was actually shocked [when I was offered the project] because I’ve never seen myself as a calendar girl—not in this world, grabe! Me, of all people? We went through a process with it—well, they went through a process with my dad making sure the photos were okay.

Did you do a tour with them?
We went to the parties. I wasn’t able to do a tour because I was by then already a regular in Banana Split and I also had a soap opera called M3: Malay Mo Madevelop, so the schedule wouldn’t permit it.

It would’ve been nice if you could have toured, say, military camps in Mindanao.
Oh, cool! That would be super cool! I’d be saying, “Hey everyone, drink Tanduay!” ha ha ha! Pero scary yun ha, if they drink tapos nagbabarilan. Scary

You also said in the first FHM interview that you had a bout with anorexia. Is it harder to stay fit now that you are a legitimate babe?
It is hard, but I think I’ve accepted myself already and I’m happy with who I am so I guess people see that. It eases the pressure. I used to crash diet and it wasn’t healthy, I wouldn’t advise it.

Permanent and Proud: A Retelling of Dutdutan 11

Like a gripping pilgrimage, the typhoon last Saturday did not stop tattooed devotees as they flock to the second leg of Dutdutan ’11 in World Trade Center, an annual celebration of permanence, tradition, and the art of tattooing.

Hundreds of tattoo shops from all over the country set up booths to showcase their works and talents, complete with merchandise and decorated posse’s lining up for photos and exposure.

The night was filled with buzzing sounds, wincing faces, and performances from bands like Grin Department, and Reklamo, rapper Delo, and the crew of Vegas based 51-Fifty. Although the convention itself seemed in chaotic order, it was hard not to notice the harmony and camaraderie of the artists, models, onlookers, and the whole lot that are interested on tattooing.

At one point, the event seemingly belonged to the ladies, with female tattoo artists killing it and inked women walking around like an endless supply of eye candy. Camsy Valencia from Makati-situated “Vice Ink,” did a vibrant and detailed 1-foot colorful gypsy piece that Hannah Aitchison would be proud of.

Valencia, who started tattooing just less than two years ago, has the natural skill that won’t disappoint someone who wants something permanent artwork inked in their body.
Dyun Depasupil of Maginhawa St.’s 55-Tinta, won many categories for his life-like and surreal pieces, including the “1st Place Rib Cage,” the most cringe-worthy category of the entire convention. Depasupil’s works are walking proofs that tattooing in the country has now elevated into the class of the international platform.

While the booth of “Katribu Tattoo,” whose spot included a live drum and bongo session, was one of the most sought-after places to check inside the venue. Katribu offered old school Polynesian style tattooing on the spot, with fine-tooth needle combs and wooden pounds to etch meaningful symbols to those who wish to have this voguish-yet-old tattoo style.

Other lurid booths were Cherrybomb Tattoo, Back Dragon Tattoo, P&P, and Octopush Ink, where portraiture legend “Tatay Nero” serves as the man-in-charge. And not to be left behind, Westside Tattoo, whose full-body tattooed crew dominated the galloping crowd with their lewd and amusing antics that entertained attendees.

What is more amazing is the chance to see artists and works from “Bulacan Ink” and “Baguio Ink,” names that truly encapsulates the pride of tattooing from the far north.
Another eye-catcher were the cage dancers untiringly performing -or more so, teasing the crowd with their feisty jive. And who can forget the bikini contest participants that left the maledom in awe with their curves.  Simply they can be the cherries on top, that all men would like to get a hold of – permanently.

All in all, Ricky Sta. Ana and his co-tattoo legends did a tremendously excellent way of putting the art form on a pedestal. Just like what Sta. Ana said before on TV, “walang kinalaman ang linis ng balat sa linis ng damdamin.”

FHM Debates: Should the 10/4 Work Week Be Implemented?

The rumor going around offices today is the possible implementation of the 10-hour, 4-day work week, also known as 10/4, aiming to save on costs and enabling workers to have an extended weekend with their families in the midst of a struggling economy.
Credit the prospect of a permanent long weekend to Quezon City Representative Winston "Winnie" Castelo, who pushes for the adoption of the 10/4 work week in both public and private sectors. Note that work hours are only tweaked to fit a four-day schedule, which still totals to 40 work hours, and not diminished.

Castelo has cited the potential benefits of his proposition, all of it sounding really awesome, but a closer look at the situation might suggest that it could also backfire. To which we start a debate chart: should the 10-hour, 4-day workweek be implemented?

Maricar dela Fuente - September 2011 FHM Online Babe

How many babes can claim that they were once a part of the Viva Hot Babes – a star-studded, multi-talented group of sexy ladies that once carried the freethinking entertainment industry on their shoulders?

More importantly, look at the babes, who at one point comprised the group – Maui, Andrea, and Katya. Gwen, Asia, and Ella. Sheree, Jaycee, and Jennifer. All these girls known to men on a first name basis; all these girls duly appreciated for pioneering a new generation of sex vixens. Such a line-up is comparable to the Jordan-esque Chicago Bulls, maybe the Beatles even, as far as dirty minds are concerned.

So having Maricar dela Fuente as our FHM Online Babe for the month of September is, among many things, like an honored presence of a scorching remnant. Seeing her photos so delicious, courtesy of her incredible curves, we are reminded time and again of the epic effect a single Viva Hot Babe can bring, much less a group.

Responding to the surging query above, we say Maricar can damn sure claim she’s been one, even for a short while. The woman has demonstrated she can keep up with the best of them ladies back then. Now it’s up for the rest of them newbies to keep up with her, because by golly, Maricar’s the best thing going on our playful minds today.

First of all, we heard you’re a pretty good cook.
Yes, mahilig akong magluto. Kumuha ako ng culinary classes three years ago.

When did your passion for food first blossomed?

And what would you cook to impress?

A babe with a penchant for cooking. Men must be lining up.
Hindi lang lalake, pati mga kaibigan! Gusto na nila akong ampunin lahat. Sinasabi nila gusto na daw nila akong i-take home, ha-ha!

Ever thought of pursuing a culinary career full-time?
Magsisimula pa lang ako ngayong mag-catering. My plan is manghihiram muna ako ngayon ng mga tao at gamit. May friend din ako na nag-take ng baking class at may bake shop din siya so makikisosyo muna ako. Gagamayin ko muna. Ayoko muna mag-solo kasi baka malugi. Baka hindi pa mag-work out.

Since we’re looking at a future entrepreneur, what business advice would you give us?

But that’s not say you’re not a good friend, because you are, yes?
I’m a great friend! Kahit pagod na pagod ako dati sa mga shows, kapag meron akong kaibigan na broken-hearted or may problem at kailangan niya ng kausap, kahit gaano kalayo – from north to south – pupunta ako. Crying shoulder ako, ha-ha!

Who’s your crying shoulder in return?
Siguro my manager. Kami talaga yung buddy-buddy.

We’d like to be your crying shoulder. How would we get your attention?
Actually kapag may spark, at gusto kita, at sana walang dating na mayabang. Basta makulit, masayang kausap, masayahin, parang ako – walang arte at hindi feeling mayaman. Basta may sense of humor at responsableng tao.

Your independent nature could intimidate a lot of men.
Madalas ganun.

How would you describe yourself as a girlfriend?
Parang mommy ako as a girlfriend kasi maasikaso, nagluluto, tsaka maintindihin.
Have you seen the latest Modess advertisement? The new TV ad stars Angel Locsin in one of her very best, if not her finest, commercials yet. Before we proceed with the details, best check it out first:

Low maintenance girls indeed rock. Taking the train, riding the tricycle, and enjoying a street food dinner date – the koboy (cowboy) character Angel portrays fits her perfectly. No wonder she’s the consummate crush ng bayan; one of the finest women in the land.

But really, what constitutes the grounds of being a koboy babe? Pretty, but not choosy? Dazzling, but downright grubby? With hopes of profiling the perfect koboy babe, we made a list of koboy qualities and their corresponding babe examples. Hit us up if you agree.

A 16-year-old boy died after masturbating 42 times without stopping in Rubiato town, in Goiás region, Brazil.
His mother told a local newspaper that she already knew about his son’s addiction and that she planned to see the doctor, but the decision came too late.
The young man began to masturbate at midnight and spent the whole night to compulsively touch himself.
At school, his classmates commented on the boy’s problem and some said he asked them to connect to the webcam for being observed.
They further said that his attraction to women was extreme; he was attracted to all kind of women, regardless of texture physics, color and age.
In his room a great amount of pornography was found, including photographs and videos of nude women that were saved on his PC.

Why FHM fans can’t and won’t seem to get enough of Paulene So, we perfectly understand. This is one of those times where everything feels and looks so right, no matter how many times done. This shoot is Paulene’s fourth time with FHM to date, and if she wants to grace our online pages over and over again, not only would we not mind; we will gladly oblige too.

It’s been said before, but it sure is true. Try as you might, it’s hard to take your eyes off her. No amount of guilt or remorse will save you from catching a glimpse of her curves.

No wonder all eyes are on this Dubai-raised beauty, from the young lads hanging out at the computer shop she now owns to the offers she’s been getting from showbiz.
The catch is, this girl already has it made in life – way before FHM discovered her. By the time we finish sorting through her photos, it can be said that we have made it as well.

You are one of the most in-demand online babes ever. Why do you think so?
‘Di ko alam eh, honestly siguro dahil sa previous shoot ko kasi totally naked ako doon. Haha!

But did you expect the massive amount of response you got? Your photos reached 500 comments!
And then madaming nag-comment na tuwang-tuwa sila. I thought bakit kaya ganun?

You think a nipple or two makes the difference?

People have been noting your resemblance to Katrina Halili all day. Are you flattered?
Oo naman, pero mas maganda siya siyempre! We haven’t met pero nakita ko na siya in person
